It seems to be much rules, but if you act with all your common sense and sensibility you will see that there's nothing hard following them.

Our policy:

We support uncensored flow of information and do not monitor customers activity under normal circumstances. We do not exercise control over website's content, e-mail transmission, or other material created or accessible over or through our services. We do not monitor the activity of accounts, except for measurement of system ressources utilization.
However, we will take measures in cases of inappropriate use of our services. We will remove any material that, in our advice, may be illegal and we will cooperate with authorities in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

If your account is used to violate our terms of service, we will terminate it without prior notice.

Use of the service to transmit any unsollicited commercial or unsollicited bulk e-mail is prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.

Unauthorized access:
Use of the service to access, or to attempt to access the accounts of others or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate our security measures or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system or telecommunications system is absolutely forbidden.

Viruses:
Distribution of software that attempts to damage in any way data or computer systems are prohibited. Such violations will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.

IRC networks:
It is absolutely forbidden to host an IRC server. Servers found to be hosting an IRC server will be immediately removed from our machines without prior notice.

About security
You and only you will be held as responsible for any abuse of your account, even if the abuse was committed by a customer, friend, family member, guest or employee. Your password provides access to your account and you must to keep it secure.
You may not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. We will cooperate with investigations by violations of systems or network security.
